Ok,OK,OK

I guess i should do this before my mean sisters boycott me...sigh...

Well we are here and settled...so to speak...no kitchen yet and the floors arnt done but we are managing...Jim found work and is working today so that is super...i really like it here...the weather is great and i feel better so i think the change is going to be good for me.I still don't have new photos of the house but will take new ones latter today or tomorrow but here is one that was taken before we bought it and moved in.Its small but cozy and when we get the big front porch built on it will look allot better...some flowers in the yard and new tan siding will make it look super.



Will post photos tomorrow of what ive been working on in crochet and try to get some new photos of the house this that one isn't very good.

Down To The Wire!!!

Well we are near the moving point...we get the Uhaul in the morning...can anyone say NERVOUS???....yep thats me...im scared to death...we are going to try to hit the road early Monday morning if all goes as planed..so please pray for us...i really hope this move helps me.

I ran out of Buff colored yarn for my Casablanca so haven't got anymore done on that but i did get another strip done on my Lacy diamonds...would put up a photo but already packed the camera.

Been awhile!!!

I cant believe its been that long since i posted...WOW...
I lost my Mojo there for awhile and just couldn't seem to find it...nothing was hitting me with the crochet bug,so i stopped for awhile and stayed away from everything to do with yarn and hooks..IT WORKED...im now back at it and have joined the bedspread bonanza CAL at the Cville...im making the Casablanca its like 2000 squares but it will be beautifull when done.I'm also doing the Prairie star its Diamonds that connect as you go only im using my choise of colors...i will try to get up photos of the Prairie-Star a few days.But for now here is how far i am on the Casablanca : It is a monster so its hard to get a good photo.For reference,my bed is a king size..
Also like to add a special thanks to Misa for the great pattern...she is good.





Other News...
We are moving in about 2 weeks...got tired on the mountain and the snow and the cold...i could go on and on but then i would be to tired to finish this post...anyway we are moving to NC...Already bought the house and now its just down to the packing and the getting the house here listed.Im really excited and just cannot wait.

Whats Happening??

Ive been busy on my tablecloth..its coming along great and i even like how its working up..very simple stitches and they go fast.Ive got 54 complete and ive started sewing them together..as you can see in the photo it forms a swirl pattern...its call Harvest Swirls.I allso added one with my hand in it so you could see how big they are ;)



New Appliances..yay...
We got a new fridge and range..my range was on its last burner..never had a side by side befor and ive heard alot of bad things about them but i love my new one.

Fridge..has a ice crusher and water on the door..i think im in heaven,lol.



Range..its a smooth top and what a blessing that is..so much easier to clean..dont look at the mess we are still working on the cabnets and i still have to change the wallpaper.



Birthday!!

Today was my babies birthday..a year old allready..it went so fast..so i thought i would share some photos of him that i took today.
